From vision to reality: launching the most exciting marina in the Mediterranean

Positioning

Having branded Limassol Marina in its conception, when the lifestyle on offer was still a dream, in 2014 we were tasked with launching the real deal. ‘Living on the sea’ had come to life. Now we had bricks & mortar (and water) to showcase and celebrate, and a brand over 8 years old that deserved an update, particularly on their website which hadn’t kept up with the pace of digital change.

Your home in the heart of the Mediterranean, living on the sea. You can walk up to one door and sail away from another.

Personality

Striking a note of exclusivity for property investors and accessible for locals and tourists, we brought the marina experience to life with a photoshoot that showcased a ‘day in the life’ – shopping, eating, drinking, living on the sea. We entirely overhauled the website and started from scratch, with a user experience focused on exploring all the marina has to offer. In particular, we’ve given over much more digital real estate to the brilliant new imagery of the finished villas and apartments, and the brands and superyachts that have already taken up residence.

Result

Following its official launch in June 2014, the marina is attracting buyers and visitors from all over the world. On average, 4,000 visitors explore the marina every day. Property sales have flourished too, with 75% of the apartments sold and contracts in excess of €150 million being signed for the exclusive residences at Limassol Marina.
