Positioning

Our brief was to promote the Mediterranean’s most exclusive marina resort. The challenge was to do that without the support of architectural plans or visuals – this was literally a destination of the future. We positioned the marina as being in one of the world’s most fashionable locations, a strategy calculated to attract strong interest from Russia and the Ukraine in particular. 

Proposition

‘Living on the sea’
This unique destination is a powerful draw both emotionally and aspirationally. Limassol Marina isn’t simply an escape, but a luxurious maritime haven that comes with all the benefits of living in one of the Med’s most cosmopolitan cities.

Personality

Limassol Marina is alluring, cool, sexy and fashionable – it’s the next big thing. 

Result

This £0.5 billion project is still in its infancy and has only recently launched to the public. The marketing campaign has generated excellent momentum and advance sales have been consistently beating all targets.
