Positioning

Minthis Hills is a spectacular mountain retreat in Cyprus, merging barefoot luxury with cutting-edge design. For us, the key was how it made visitors feel – uplifting, light and cool, this is a place that allows you to breathe. We knew that those emotions could transcend all cultural and linguistic barriers to speak to prospective audiences across the development’s key markets of Russia, the Ukraine and the UK. 

Proposition

‘Touch the sky’
Reading through some early client material, we stumbled upon an internal observation that, given the location, one could ‘touch the sky’ at Minthis Hills. This sentiment and key phrase informed all creative rollout from that point.

Personality

Pure escapism. A life-enhancing location that stimulates all the senses. 

Result

Despite the tough economic climate, we have since been asked to rebrand the chief property developer, Pafilia, as well as several other property developments on the island.
