Senior Account Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to support a number of our key client accounts. This is a really exciting opportunity to join the heart of a passionate and dynamic team of branding and design experts, account managers, strategists, and creatives.

The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and willing to wear a lot of hats. This is much more than your regular run of the mill client services role.

You will be a safe pair of hands and have an eye for detail, but also a creative mind and an entrepreneurial and ambitious approach to your career. You’ll support the senior team on larger strategic accounts, whilst being responsible for your own smaller clients, managing projects from initial creative briefings through to completion.

Speaking to stakeholders of all levels – from founders of independent brands through to CEOs within international companies – you’ll know how to adapt and communicate appropriately, building strong rapport across the board.

Agency experience is essential (at least 2 years) and a proven track record of developing relationships and growing successful client accounts is a must. Experience delivering digital projects both online and socially is highly desirable too.

Above all else, we’re looking for a superstar SAE who can fit in with this agency dynamic, who loves what they do, uses their initiative and seeks out new challenges. Could this be you?

Key responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day support and management of a range of B2B & D2C, multi-discipline client accounts
  • Oversee project and account management of all work-in-progress on dedicated accounts
  • Grow strong client relationships
  • Contribute strategic insight and generate ideas to improve strategic and creative work BEAR delivers for clients
  • Assist the team with branding briefs, from undertaking research to contributing to the creative direction
